Attention Maple Run Community,
We invite all parents and guardians to attend a special viewing event on The Impact of Social Media on Teen Mental Health on Tuesday, October 22nd, at 5:30 PM in the SATEC Library. A pre-recorded presentation featuring John Halligan, author and motivational speaker, will be shown, in which he shares his family's story and addresses critical topics like cyberbullying, teen depression, and suicide prevention. School counselors, administrators, and an NCSS clinician will be present to answer any questions. Please join us at this event to bring social media awareness to caregivers and gain valuable strategies to support your children.
If you are unable to attend, the recording will be available after the event for caregivers who would like to view it at home.
