Racquetball: | Racquetball is a fast paced action sport played with standardized equipment with specific court dimensions worldwide. Racquetball is particularly popular because it is easy to learn. People of all skill levels can enjoy it. Racquetball can be slow, easy-swinging and only mildly athletic or it can be incredibly fast and strenuous. | The sport became extremely popular during the late 1970’s and early 1980’s because it was fun, easy to learn how to play and it is one of the best workouts you can get in a short period of time. | See the USA team racquetball rulebook for more. |

Wallyball: | Teams may use the racquetball courts to play Wallyball. Wallyball is a popular spin-off from Volleyball. | Wallyball is not just volleyball played in a racquetball court. It is a separate sport with separate rules and because the walls are in play it adds a whole new dimension to the game of Volleyball. Playing the sport requires the development of a separate set of skills. | See the Wallyball Information Networks (WIN) rulebook. |
