Due to a wastewater plumbing failure and loss of water, Bellows Free Academy (BFA) Saint Albans and Northwest Career & Technical Center (NCTC) will be closed tomorrow February 21, 2025. Crews are at work, but access will not be restored by tomorrow morning.
