Hello - MRUSD schools closed today, 11/19. This message from Superintendent Kevin Dirth is to notify you that due to the weather and at the recommendation of officials, all schools in the Maple Run Unified School District will be closed today. This includes Bellows Free Academy St. Albans, Northwest Technical Center, St. Albans Town Educational Center, St. Albans City School, Fairfield Center School, and all pre-school and Kindergarten programs. There will be no morning pre-school program at any Maple Run Schools today.
All MRUSD schools will be closed today: Bellows Free Academy St. Albans, NWTC, SATEC, SACS, Fairfield Center School, pre-school and Kindergarten programs.
Monday November 11, 2019, all SATEC after school activities and athletics for this afternoon have been cancelled. The book fair will stay until 4:00 p.m.

We are still in the process of updating all our verification information for Unified Classroom so we cannot completely rely on a phone call from Blackboard Connect. Please watch Channel 3 and 5 on the TV as they will have cancellations.
Athletics and SATEC After Hours Schedules for this week have been updated on the blog this morning. 5/6 Boys White Parent and Player Game has been Postponed and will not be played today.
10/1/19 @ 2pm -Due to the high percentage chance of thunderstorms this afternoon we have cancelled our away games scheduled to be played in Alburgh and all 5/6 soccer practices. The following are still on for this afternoon, the Cross Country meet and home soccer games vs Fairfield.
Thursday, 9/26 - Due to field conditions and inclement weather, all games and practices have been cancelled for this afternoon.
This includes Cross Country, 7th and 8th grade games (home and away) and 5/6 Boys and 5/6 Girls Green practices.
John Halligan will begin his presentation, “Ryan’s Story” here at SATEC at 7pm.
Open House is tonight: Grades PK-4 5:30-6:30 and Grades 5-8 6:00-7:00.

We posted on Facebook....Walking Wednesday was cancelled due to the rain and thunder that was rumbling in the distance...we hope next week the weather cooperates.
We are excited to welcome back our students in grades 1-8 for a full day on Wednesday and K students begin with classroom visits that they scheduled with their teacher.
