Students are offered meals to take home to help with the days they are not in school.

The 5 days’ worth of food consist of individual items and bulk items such as a loaf of bread, lunch meat, and milk. Please advise us if special meal accommodations are required for allergens or other special dietary needs. Meals are available for parents to pick up on Friday’s between 12:00-1:00 in the north building.  Students may pick up after school in the cafeteria on Tuesday and Fridays. Parents and students may sign up for these meals by emailing Mrs. Brunelle at tbrunelle@maplerun.org or by calling her at 527-6404. This will put you on a weekly list.  If you are unable to pick it up, please call to suspend your order for that week.  If other pick-up arrangements need to be discussed, please call her.  We understand that people sometimes forget to sign up or situations change so we will have some extras made up just in the grab and go cooler in the cafeteria.

APRIL IS NATIONAL SEXUAL ASSAULT AWARENESS MONTH

*Pin on a teal ribbon from boxes around the school to show support to all that have been sexually assaulted or harassed.

Daily Statistic: One in 9 girls and 1 in 53 boys under the age of 18 experience sexual abuse or assault at the hands of an adult.

National Sexual Assault Hotline:1-800-656-4673

Know your rights as a student:

The Federal Title IX Sexual Harassment Grievance Process recently issued by the Department of Education in 2020 requires all high schools to follow a DOE Grievance Process. This process requires that “a full investigation and adjudication of responsibility for sexual harassment is pursued”

It also “holds schools accountable for failures to respond equitably and promptly to incidents of sexual misconduct.”

The act “empowers survivors to make decisions about how a school responds to incidents of sexual harassment.”
