Ms. O’Neal began teaching business in 2008, spending 13 years in Connecticut before bringing her passion for financial education to Vermont. With a strong academic foundation, Ms. O’Neal holds a Master’s in Education from the University of New Haven, a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Mitchell College and an Associate’s in Accounting from Three Rivers Community College. As a representative and Distinguished Educator for Next Gen Personal Finance, Ms. O’Neal is dedicated to empowering students with the financial knowledge and skills they need to succeed. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in a belief that educating youth about finances can positively shape their future financial behaviors. She also emphasizes the importance of self-reflection, ensuring students value the things in life that money can’t buy.

Mrs. Perrault began teaching business at BFA in 2017, after working at SACS for 8 years. After growing up in Syracuse, NY, she graduated from Oswego State University with degrees in Business Administration and Business and Distributive Education. She spent time traveling, living, and teaching in the Pacific Northwest. In 2001, she moved to St. Albans to raise her young family in beautiful VT. Both of her children are proud BFA graduates. Mrs. Perrault enjoys getting to know her students and sharing her love of business education.
